DEGUSTATION:

Young and fruity white Txakolí, with a light acid touch, refreshing and with a slight carbonic needle from its own fermentation.
Its color is pale greenish yellow.
It is intense, with light notes of citrus, tropical fruit and white flower.
Fresh attack, fruity, ample and with a very balanced acidity finish, pleasant and characteristic of the varieties.

FOOD PAIRING:

All types of oily fish and seafood. Creamy, rich in fat, or salty dishes. Even to pari with spicy dishes.

VINEYARDS – VITICULTURE:

4Ha. of vineyards on half hillside With good sunshine, trained on a trellis located under the aizkorri mountain range. Sustanable viticulture is practiced by manually working.
